calendar priorities and availability Spangenberg Theatre resides on the Henry M. Gunn High School campus and serves the needs of both the school district and greater community. School facilities are provided primarily for the education of students and is always given first priority. District faciliites are available for community use when the activity is consistent with the best interests of the District and does not interfere with the regular conduct of the educational program. Spangenberg Theatre calendar priorities are thus: 1) Gunn High School, 2) PAUSD, 3) SF Bay Area Community Applicants. In late February/early March, community Applicants may request dates/times within the following new upcoming school year season calendar. Calendar availability for community Applicants operates on a "first to pay deposit, first served" basis; and no date will be held in reserve without deposit for more than 20 business days. NOTE: Application For Use Permits may not be considered if submited less than 30 business days prior to requested date. | ||
